Live web platform

Government contracts, won by first-time bidders.

The whole path from not being registered to submitting a real proposal: eligibility, discovery, odds, RFP analysis, and drafting. Written while we learned to bid as a small business.

What it does

The problem, and how FinesseWins handles it.

Anyone can hand you a list of open solicitations. That is the easy half, and it is where every other tool stops. The hard half is knowing which ones you can win and getting a compliant proposal out the door before the deadline.

FinesseWins covers the parts nobody explains: getting registered properly, sorting out entity and eligibility, and understanding which set-asides you actually qualify for. Then Bid IQ scores your odds against real federal award history, so you find out who has been winning this work before you spend forty hours on a proposal.

The RFP Shredder pulls the requirements out of the document, and the drafting tools write a proposal even when you have no past performance to point at.

How it works

Three steps, in the order that matters.

01
Get registered and eligibleSAM, entity setup, and the set-asides you actually qualify for.
02
Find the bid and check the oddsSearch across sources, then score your realistic chance with Bid IQ.
03
Shred it and draft itPull every requirement out of the RFP, then draft the response against them.

Priced for first-timersSolo starts at $47 a month against $299 and up elsewhere, and the comparison table sits right on the page. Hiding pricing behind a sales call is the thing this product is reacting to.

Every module, on a phoneThe whole platform works from a phone, which matters when the person writing the bid is also the person running the job site.
Why we built it

We are a small business bidding federal, state, local, and tribal work. Every module in FinesseWins exists because we hit that exact wall ourselves and could not find a tool that helped.
